"It is a hardcover book and had dented corners and torn edges with cardboard packing. It was not well protected and I received a damaged book. I will return it and started a return claim via the returns centre to have a replacement shipped - and the return shipment reimbursed."
"I just received a graphic novel today - damaged! It was carton box cover and placed in a very large bubble mailer. It was severely bent up and dented! I am returning it for a new one and hoping for the best. I hope they take a loss on every damaged item until they learn how to properly package stuff better!"
